Incubation Centre / Start-Up / Entrepreneurship and Placement Cell
The Incubation Centre/Start-Up/Entrepreneurship and Placement Cell has been constituted to strengthen innovation, entrepreneurship development, industry linkage, and student placement activities within the Faculty of Veterinary Science and its associated colleges under AVFU. This committee has been formed as per Notification No. AVFU/R(K)/05/2025-26/3850-905 dated 21.02.2026.

Objectives of the Cell
- To promote innovation, start-up culture, and entrepreneurship among students.
- To facilitate incubation support for technology-based ventures in veterinary and allied sectors.
- To strengthen collaboration with industries, government bodies, and research institutions.
- To organize EDPs, workshops, expert lectures, and industry interactions.
- To coordinate campus recruitment drives and placement opportunities.
- To provide career guidance, higher studies counselling, and exam support.
- To assist students in developing business proposals aligned with national initiatives.
Key Functions
- Identification and mentoring of student innovators and entrepreneurs.
- Promotion of intellectual property awareness and commercialization.
- Development of industry–academia interface.
- Maintenance of placement records and alumni linkage.
- Coordination with university authorities for incubation support.
