Salient Achievements

  • Development of fish value-added fish products-pickle, Cutlet, Sausage, Fish ball, Fish papad, Deboned fish slabs, Hygienic dry fish.
  • Fish pickle technology transferred to private entrepreneurs.
  • Preparation of Herbal treated dry fish product.
  • Solar kiln drier demonstration under APART in 10 nos of in different districts of Assam.
